Sticky and dirty floor in the room. Towels appeared old and dingy, making it feel like they weren't fully clean. Breakfast buffet service was slow to set up and replenish food items, impacting the morning experience.

Convenient location near local gems

The hotel boasts a wonderful buffet breakfast, featuring a variety of fresh options that fueled our adventures. The staff was exceptionally welcoming, adding warmth to our stay as we explored the nearby shops and restaurants.

However, we faced an early check-in snag. Despite our request, the hotel would only allow us to check in after 10 am for an additional fee, which was quite inconvenient after traveling early.

Breakfast options were healthy and plentiful.

We experienced poor communication from the staff regarding our late arrival. Despite addressing our issues, there was no apology from the hotel for their lack of response. Moreover, the room cleaning was inadequate, with floors not being cleaned properly during our stay, leaving shoe marks visible.

i was absolutely thrilled by the location, but that's about it! the view was just, how do i say this, the most uninspiring sight of dirty rooftops. defintely needed fresh towels but good luck, they’re old and dingy. a little complimentary gesture woudl ve been nice. i almost gave a nice review, but just couldn’t.

The staff, particularly Rosemary, stood out for their warm hospitality and attention to detail. The location in Miraflores is vibrant with plenty of restaurants and local shops nearby. However, I did notice the towels in the room were old and dingy, which detracted from the otherwise pleasant experience. Housekeeping could improve, as my room hadn't been properly cleaned during my stay. Despite these issues, I felt secure with the elevator key access and appreciated the quiet room layout.

Casa Andina Standard Benavides is a fantastic choice! The staff is extremely friendly and attentive, making everything easy and enjoyable. The room was quiet, clean, comfortable, and felt very secure with the elevator key access. Breakfast options were healthy and plentiful, with fresh juices. The location is central and close to everything you need for a great time in Miraflores. I highly recommend it!

It was just an excellent fit for a flying visit in Lima with very good value for money. The breakfast had great healthy options, which I really appreciated to start the day. Make sure to ask for a room on a higher floor for a better view!
